WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL TIMES?
Friday evening show at the Academy of Music: 7pm
Saturday at Arcadia: Gates open 10:30am. Event ends at 7:30pm.
WHAT IS ALLOWED AT SATURDAY FEST:
Small hand held coolers (no larger than 16″ x 12″)
We recommend highly an individual blanket (Maximum size 8 x10')
Low-seat chairs (under 30″H) are preferred to ensure good viewing for your neighbors.
Beach Umbrella (must go behind the umbrella line)
Rain gear (just in case)
Refillable Water Bottle (we will supply you with fresh water from fountains)
Good attitude
Open mind
Love of music and nature
WHAT IS NOT:
No glass containers
No alcohol
No weapons of any kind
No fireworks
No illegal substances
No hover boards or other motorized vehicles
No drones or other flying objects
No vending will be allowed (aside from approved festival vendors, of course)
No pets (service animals, trained to assist an individual with a disability, are allowed).
No camping tents or pop-up tents.
No smoking
*Bags and small hand held coolers will be subject to search
MORE TIPS AND TRICKS FOR SATURDAY AT ARCADIA:
Ride your bike and park in the Bike Valet at the entrance. It's awesome and you will be entered to win Arcadia Folk Festival shirts and hats!
Bring your water bottle (no water for sale here). Tap water will be available.
Bring bug spray - do it.
There is no ATM on site. Bring some dough – so much amazing food, beer, coffee, bands and festival merch, local makers galore!
Go for a hike; seriously, it's stunning!
Discover the "In The Woods" stage. The schedule and location will be announced at the fest!
Cheer and clap super loud for these artists making the trek to Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary!
ACCESSIBILITY:
Individuals using wheelchairs can park inside the gate in Lot A. Other individuals with disability placards or individuals with mobility limitations can park in lot B on the corner and a golf cart will give you a ride into the festival.
